Our Story

1990

Origins in Scorzè, Venice

KIASMA was founded as a sole proprietorship, building solid experience as a supplier of plastic pipelines for the infrastructure sector.

2001

Becoming KIASMA SRL

The company transitioned into KIASMA SRL, establishing itself as a leader in eco-friendly alternatives to concrete and steel pipelines. Through close collaboration with Italy’s top designers, KIASMA introduced innovative solutions that improved cost efficiency, environmental sustainability, and worker safety.

2013

Specialization in Marine and Mining Dredging

KIASMA focused on a niche market: marine and mining dredging. The company brought real innovation, combining advanced technology with environmental responsibility. With five international patents applied to pipelines, KIASMA transformed pipelines from simple commodities into strategic assets.

2024

Reorganization and Growth

In July 2024, Kiasma underwent a corporate reorganization aimed at consolidating and energizing the market with its products, technologies, and know-how. Kiasma became KIASMA GROUP, expanding its product range with on-site welding and assembly services for discharge lines, as well as the production of custom-designed special parts in collaboration with NORDTUBI.

2025 and more

A New Era

The transformation into KIASMA GROUP and the synergy with NORDTUBI have brought new momentum. They enable us to operate more safely, enter new markets with greater drive, develop additional products, increase cash flow, reduce dredging operating costs, and ensure worker safety.
